I am new this is site, I have a question.
I noticed when I fish @ Deep Sea Fishing - Green Blubber Jellyfish any parcels received seems to
discard- the parcel instead of open it. How can I fix this issue? I am not a coder but If someone points me to the right direction It will help a lot.

If there is a better bot, which clearly I am not using let me know... I am open for suggestions. But Like I say I don't mind going the extra mile and see the source code.

In case you have a problem with this specific bot in the future, please go to this thread.
As for your problem though, this can be fixed quite easily.

If you visit Postie Pete in Burthorpe and talk to him, he'll give you an option to auto-send your parcels to the bank so you can just open them later and avoid that issue altogether.
