Recreating the web did not solve anything

I cannot comment on the error, but I noticed you are not using the (relatively) new convenience method Resources#getAsLocalWeb. @Aidden please update your guide to do the same.

Will do. @Hazard, i'm pretty sure it's saying you've given a vertice a condition that is a 'Usable' and that can't be done anymore. But i'm not sure. No idea if that even makes sense lol

I recreated the web from scratch(not the entire thing; just a 5x5 area to test it) and I got the same error.

Are you passing in conditions into the file web? The reason that can't be done anymore is because we can only serialize them, which doesn't work well when obfuscation is involved unless you do custom mapping which can't be universally done for a usable object.
 
What types of vertices are you including in your web?
