I have the problem where it keeps saying "failed to bind to the game client because of agent exception" even if I put both in administrator it won't say that error but it will not even load at all. That my problem

Also, its been a 1 hour seen I bought the 13 $ upgrade and I have not gone it? do u know how long it usually takes?
 
And now it's been 2 days since I got the 13$ upgrade and still have not got it.

My guess is that you are so new that your account is still "pending" in some manner. Make sure your account is fully verified (I'm not sure what the protocol for verification is) and if it is then you might just have to wait a bit. I am a long-time user and I have been waiting for a month for the fix for this bug and I have not been able to bot for 1 second. You have to have patience when other people are doing things for you.
