Are you running any firewall which could be blocking RuneMate?

If you’re sure that’s not it, could you try removing the jagexcache (located in c:/users/ewout), then reinstalling the game and Spectre?

Ive tried this now like 3 times, deleting and uninstalling everything,i cannot get the game to bind because of an ioexeption, it has been for months.. my firewall is not blocking anything, but when i re-download runemate spectre, it says i need to download 7 outdated cloud resources? .. what doese this mean how do i download them in order to use runemate ?

It will download those automatically, and I cannot help unless you provide a log with the exception in it.

I am also having this issue. Even after full wipe of windows 10. Reinstalled runemate, java and runescape 3/OSRS client multiple times. Pretty identical issue. Cleared cache. Ran as admin, allowed programs in firewall and even disabled it without luck. Still no fix after 10 hours of messing with it. I need a fix please.
