Bug Failed to bind to the game client because of a AgentInitialization Exception

Tried everything i could find, run as admin, reinstalled Runescape, Runemate, and Java, made sure it was on the same drive. (RS3)
Is there anything else i can do to make this program work?
I think I added the correct logs, was the latest I could find

Hey, I had this problem also but with OSRS so to begin with, do you have jre and jdk on both program files and program files (x86) if you have 64bit Windows. If not, uninstall runescape client and runemate. Then make sure you have java on each 64bit program files and 86 (32bit).

And you're having this issue with RS3 right?
