Bug failed to bind to game client of an IOexeption

I've searched this site for an hour now and have tried everything! Just tried clearing my cache and restarting my pc but still no luck! Any help is appreciated

Supply your log files - RuneMate client: Help --> View Logs

Please also do the following:

  1. Uninstall RuneMate
  2. Uninstall ALL Java installations
  3. Uninstall all RuneScape clients
  4. Delete all of your Jagex Cache
  5. Delete all of your RuneMate cache
  6. Restart computer
  7. Reinstall RuneScape client
  8. Download RuneMate
  9. Install RuneMate

Still no fix? Maybe update if possible? Keep us up to date please if any fix works or if there is any update.

Same problem... failed to establish handshake as of an hour ago

Hi has this been fixed im having the same issue

It has not been fixed, I'm still experiencing this issue as of now

Please also do the following:

I've already tried reinstalling everything to no avail, also tried restarting, it was working perfectly fine earlier this morning and now is getting this aio exception bug. Its not letting me upload the log files as "the upload file does not have an allowed extension" so I'll provide screenshots.

EDIT: Just realized its Thursday OSRS updates come out so that explains that!

There was a Runescape update a couple hours ago that's causing the issue. We just have to wait for a RuneMate update I'm guessing.

It actually seems to be fixed now! Appreciate the devs getting on this as quickly as they have.

Problem seems to be fixed worked for me! Appreciate the developers fixing this within a few hours!
