I have tried to reinstall the rs launcher and Runemate. I have also tried disabling firewall and antivirus. I also tried running both runemate and the rs launcher as admin. Nothing has worked yet. Here is my log:

Uninstall RuneMate and all versions of java on your system, then reinstall RuneMate. RuneMate will install the correct version of java for you. If that doesn't work try searching for other threads with the same issue and see what the solution was.

I have already tried both of those and nothing has worked
