AFTER UPDATE RUNEMATE DOES NOT START UNINSTALLED AND DOWNLOADED AGAIN AND GAVE THE FOLLOWING ERROR: Imgur: The magic of the Internet

Okay the best thing to do is install the Java JRE 86x yourself instead of letting the installer of runemate handle that for you.

You can find the Java JRE on Oracle's website.

I do not have antivirus
 
I've formatted my pc 2 times still the same error

I told you to download the standalone from the download page. What you downloaded is not the standalone but the installer. Go to the download page and select the option all the way to the right.
