How is this possible.....I bought 500 hours a month ago....i checked this mornign I have still 35 hours remaning also from my free hours....and now i tried to bot and it says this....any one explain please!

last month unsure about the date but how is it possible to be - 224?

I made the account, i used the free 200 hours, I put on 500 hours or the 5 dollar option, that gavce me 300 hours, i used thos over time but the next month began and i started to get some of my free hours for that month back as I was botting....it came down to about 35 hours left i tried to bot and then this happens...

If you bought it a month ago and you didnt use them all, you've got fucked by runemates system. Make sure to support the thread which is asking to change the hour system.

Your subscription has expired so you have reverted to a free users' allowance.

Let's say today is October 1st, and you buy 3000 hours. Let's say that you use 100 hours every day. On October 31st (30 days later), you run out of hours, so you can't bot anymore. On the next day (November 1st), you'll regain the hours that you used 30 days ago (October 1st's hours), meaning that you'll have another 100 hours to bot with. The day after that you'll regain the hours you used on October 2nd, giving you another 100 hours, etc.

How does this explain me having -200 hours?
 
there is litterally no logic in having - 200 hours.....I bought hours didnt finish them and boom im rewarded by having - 225 ... isnt it beter to just stick to the free allowance..

The hours won't last forever mate. They run out each month. Be sure to read the replies again...

What's the issue here? You've you a usage allowance of 300 hours and you've used more than that in the past 30 days.

The billing FAQ has all the information you need.

So how much do I need to pay to get back to positive hours? I already bought 300 and im still on -100....

If you're at -100, donating $2 would give you +100 (which will be topped up as the month goes on and your regain hours lost last month).
