Bot continuously tried to take out overload potions for about 40 minutes. Put in 0 for the ammount to withdraw.

Are you sure you set them to zero? The logs show you had overloads set to something > 0, or else it wouldn't have tried to withdraw.
Just test ran it with the store version and it worked as expected.

Account had rock cake in inventory and enough absorption's as usual set by me.
This is when i manually set the inventory up because it would just try take overloads out otherwise
Same as above. If you have OVL set to zero it should not try to take them out. I just tried with the current version (3.4.19) and it works as expected.
The logs are saying you didn't have a rock cake or any doses of absorbs.
For both of you, did this happen when the client was down? If so, that could be the cause. Otherwise, it seems to be working as expected :\
