Hello, issue with stun/alching the bot will not attack the mob. I typed the name exactly, really never had this problem before. Could i get refund for these two attempts to start bot?

So i have the lite version, and it doesnt work because it keeps saying i need to upgrade to premium, i am a supporter is that what it means?
