There's a tool within RS which is pretty fast at mass-price checking everything in the inventory up to max cash (2,147,483,647 gp), called the price checker. Just open it (right click money pouch, select price checker) and hit the empty backpack option. Voila, shows total inventory value at mid-GE price as well as individual price for each item. Maybe that works for you?

I'm pretty sure RuneMate doesn't condone to account stealing practices. Purely out of personal honor I wouldn't want anything to do with creating tools to speed up such a process anyways. @Arbiter if you could please clarify.

I, too, find an ethical objection to this, but technically it's not occurring on RuneMate so I won't take action. Instead you'll get a finger wag from me.
