Bug Did not receive supporter status

I bought through paypal because my 400 is up, the payment went through but it didnt bring me back to the website here. What should I do? I was thinking of just charging back the amount and checking out the same amount again let me know if I should not do this

the only answer ive ever seen this kind of post recieve is "the system is automated and you get the status as soon as runemate gets the payment, there's nothing to do besides wait or take it up with paypal and ask whats up"

I refunded the first purchase on paypal, waiting on runemates response. I also went ahead and checked out for supporter tag again, just going to wait until its received

Do you mean you started a dispute? If so, that will prevent the automated system from giving you Supporter status, for obvious reasons...

Okay but how about help resolving the issue? Is there anything I can do on my end?
 
I am literally not spending any money on your website right now when I could be, you are losing out on revenue every day that there isnt support for this. How can this issue be solved? I need actual customer support here

It looks like you're incredibly impatient and decided to jump the gun on a chargeback

If you currently have a dispute, cancel it. Although I believe if you start a dispute with Runemate you're automatically blacklisted from making purchases in the future.

@Arbiter Would like clarification if the above is true

Nah there's no automatic blacklist. Just close the dispute and upgrade.
