You should start of with simple, free bots and build yourself up from there. Take a look at the premium script requirements and guidelines to get an idea here. Keep in mind that although it says there are currently no requirements, your bot will be denied premium if it's not written logically, efficiently and serves a purpose for both RS3 and OSRS where applicable
