Dan Giant Foundry TRIAL - No requirements, 200k xp/h 500k gp/h? Yes please!

This is the Trial version of the premium bot. Because this bot is still new, I have increased the trial duration to 7h a week.

This bot will complete the Giant's Foundry minigame (wiki) for great smithing EXP, profits and unique items. As a newly introduced activity, could it have a lower banrate than other smithing activities?

Nice release! Got some feedback after using it for 2 hours :)
  1. I would suggest to add an average points per hour.
  2. The bot couldn’t start with an empty inventory. After manually adding the items to the inventory it started.
  3. I couldn’t understand the average xp per hour.

1. Yes, I'll add it
2. hmmmm, the only thing it should need is either a bucket/ice gloves, was that what was missing? I plan to make it so it withdraws/equips them.
3. I'll take a look at it. In the past, I have had a bug where the time defaults to 5 minutes, instead of growing with time.

  2. I had an empty inventory without the ice gloves. Don’t have the ice gloves in the bank too.
  3. Thanks, i had an average 1.7m xp per hour xD
Edit: 1.700.000 / (60 / 5) = ~140.000 xp per hour. I was using iron and steel. You are right i think.
 
Found a bug. This happend once.

The bot had failed too much that the sword was broken. If this happens the sword must be brought back to Kovac. The bot was spam clicking the waterfall. I think that this is fixed by checking the sword quality and once it hit zero that sword need to be brought to kovac.

Yes, I'll add a failsafe for that! Could you also PM me your logs for that session, it never should be missing the tools so much that the quality goes to 0. Although it might be because it improperly stopped its current activity before going on a break.

Hi dan.

Thanks for the giants foundry bot. I really like it.

I dont know what would be good place to report a small issue with it, so I will post here. For example, if you use the bot on day 1 and the bot stops when you run out of materials (e.g. in my case I ran out of bronze bars and the crucible had then 27 bars). Next day I go get some items to run the bot again. Then I start the bot, but the issue is that that the crucible already had 27 bars. The bot does not know how to behave if this happens. The bot simply repeatedly tried to add 9 bars to the crucible (I had 19 bronze and 9 iron on it with water buckets in use). There is this dialog that if you put these 9 bars worth of stuff to the crucible, then you will lose bars, are you sure? Yes/no. However, the bot did not know how to behave when seeing this, and it repeatdly started it over and over again to try to put to the items to the crucible (I was using bronze bars).

Also one more thing. It seems quite strange/botlike that always when the bot takes a break, it seems that the break occurs with the request new commission dialog open. It would be more realistic if the breaks would occurs differently, other than opening the dialog and starting to afk. E.g. going to bank or not taking the dialog etc.
