not sure if this is the right place to put this, but I'm planning to make a cursed bot slayer. Level 25 or so obsidian maul bot smashing level 3s and hopping worlds. Unfortunately, i made my pure wrong and now it's level 34 (64 str 52 hp). If someone could lend me a pure, that would be great. otherwise I will abandon this idea.

Generally I believe that bots have a higher percentage of teleporting than players, but I guess 90% of the cursed energy gatherers are bots now so it has little use.

Sure, but unless you have a very decent agreement with authors of prominent cursed energy bots I wouldn't attempt this. Besides, this just leads to another bot that PK's cursed energy PKers. And so forth. I'd personally just focus at something else, there's plenty of bots that can be premium worthy, they don't even have to make money, as long as the quality is high enough.

If his objective was to drive CE prices up, he wouldn't need to kill other people's bots - all he would have to do is get them to teleport so they waste time and don't harvest any CE. A bot which isn't harvesting CE also uses more CPU resources.
However, a CE bot pker bot is obviously much more complicated than a regular CE bot (which is basically just normal div stuff + anti pker logic), so it would require an insane amount of debugging. There's also many ways to counter a CE bot pker bot/CE bot pker pker bot that I had thought about during development of my own bot.
