I've been trying to run the Royal Titans bot which is $0.10/hr. Whenever i restart it, it takes $0.10 automatically. I've had to keep restarting it because it's broken and each time, it uses $0.10 of credit for like 1 minute worth of trying to get the bot to work. Is there a way to get this refunded or can we change the way runemate takes payment to per minute instead of per hour to avoid this? Thanks

You are charged at the start of every bot session and every hour after that. If you stop a bot before the hour is over, you will be charged the next time you start the bot even if it's been less than an hour since you last started one. Refunds can be requested via the Sessions Panel, and are issued at the Bot Author's discretion. Please note that refunds are limited and exceptions can not be made, so be mindful when submitting your request. Submitting a request will open a new forum conversation between you and the Bot Author. Be sure to provide adequate information when submitting your request, such as:

• A detailed description of the problem you encountered
• Any relevant logs (see !logs command)
