Sign up now!Credited, as in it refunded you, or debited as in it took money away from you?
In my situation, I've said it's deducted an amount.
But a credit = deduction in assets.
Debit = addition in assets.
In this case, cash is an asset.
In simple accounting terms
Bot hours = added (debit)
Cash = removed (credit)
You're thinking about a credit card statement.
Credit cards are different, credit = addition, debit = removal.
If for example our wallet here is a credit balance aka we got the hours BEFORE we spend the money. Then yes, it'd be debited as a charge.
But because the wallet here is considered like cash (i.e. I already paid for it. and the hours aren't yet purchased) it's actually a credit when they remove money.
(Im an accountant)
Wrong. Sessions persist in the first hour of running so if you stop the bot at 23 minutes and then start it again it will continue the old session and not charge you again. If you stop the bot outside of the first hour that's on you and yes you will be charged for a new hour.I've noticed this too.
Also, if you restart the bot (Stop it + start it again) It'll deduct the amount per hour right away.
I also used Rob's runecrafter pro for 1:35 got charged for 3 hours.
I understand if it re-adds the amount at the start of the hour (i.e. 1 hour 1 minute = 2 hours)
But if I restart the bot, I shouldn't be charged a seperate time.
If I restart a bot 10 times within an hour that's equivalent to being charged 10 times. Which makes no sense, since it says per hour usage. Not per use.
Im not sure this is correct. Ive used 2 accounts 4 hours each of robs RC Bot and i lost $1.50?Wrong. Sessions persist in the first hour of running so if you stop the bot at 23 minutes and then start it again it will continue the old session and not charge you again. Are you guys running multiple instances of the bot? Because each instance charges you as stated on the info thread.
I know this is resolved, but to clarify....You are charged for the hour at the beginning of the hour. The charge is per instance. If you stop an instance of a bot and start a new one, then you will be charged for a new hour. For a full breakdown of your transactions, see https://www.runemate.com/community/adcredits/.
You will be charged again. Whenever you click "Start Instance" a new instance is started.I know this is resolved, but to clarify....
EX: Start one RC bot, stop it 5 mins later without closing the RS window or the RM client then restart the bot. (I wouldn't get charged again?)
Just to be clear, there was initially a grace period but since spectre it no longer works and won't be re-implemented. If you are not happy with this, take it up with the bot author to implement changing settings during runtime.I know this is resolved, but to clarify....
