I tallied up my activity and hours paid and the math isnt mathing.

I went on vacation for a week where my home mac was left on a cuppa bot with an 8 hour timer. No problems there.
I'm on vacation and fired up a bot, then fired up an alt, it said i couldnt have more than 2 bots running at the same time but i didn't. I bot for a few days on 1 acc, then after i return from vacation i restart the mac, runemate updates, and i go to run a bot and it said i reached my 200 hourly limit. But not by a little, by *80 Hours*.

I think the open client was counting as hours despite the but not running, and i confirmed the $ was not being paid.

Best course of action?

[Pic related] Surely, one can't casually go 80 hours over the botting limit. Though i'm completely ignorant to how that's tallied.

An open client will not count towards hours used.

But paused or bots that use break functionality will.

Hours will occasionally "catch up" if sessions force close, which can lead to greater than 24 hours of bot usage in a single 24 hour date period.

Yeah... can guarantee that 200+ hours wasn't an active session.
11 days (though it says 1 week) prior it looks like i was testing the hexis slayer assistant setting up its settings (8 and 3 minutes at a time), and stayed on the whole time i was gone.

Do you by chance have the log files of that long session? I'm curious as to why it has recorded such a high usage time. That isn't possible unless the bot was left actively running.

Funny to look at the logs, eesh, "renewing SSO" all day everyday.
Most of my log files are 2kb, this is 300+

i can see hexis slayer assistant in that log i posted. no other log included it - titles are also pic related, and the one i uploaded matches the date / session log from the link you gave me earlier.

For example, today I've run two bots (Fight Caves Mate & Hexis Slayer AIO) so I have 3 log files:

1x runemate_2024_xxxxxx
1x fight_caves_mate_xxxxxx
1x hexis_slayer_aio_xxxxxx

In this case, do i have to wait till next month for the 280 hour session to 'expire'?
I tried to create a new account just to operate a free bot but it read i'm still over my 200 hours botting, i assume it picks up device id or smthn.

You can upgrade your account, but short of that yeah you gotta wait. A possible scenario is that you accidentally paused the bot instead of stopping it and then left it running in the background for multiple days without realizing it. That is an unfortunate situation for sure, but there is not much to be done about it.
