Resolved CONSTANTLY PAYING FOR HOURS AND NOT RECEIVING ANYTHING AT ALL

Hello everyone, experienced a weird thing. Well, I've been botin' since mid November, with one account most of time. What happened you can see in the pictures (Links/images provided below) I've been recently paying to receive some hours of the service and nothing happened at all, once 2$ were paid and i wasn't even granted a "Supporter" status, and even two times later after receiving that status I noticed that I was in minus of hours. How is that possible, I am sure I did not use so many hours, and would like to find a way to sort that problem. Don't want no dramas, but what do we pay for?
NOTE: The remaining -105 hours were after last 3 payments made in December 6th, all those 7$ for what?proof11.png proof22.png proof33.png

Hey @kazemanie I was botting on home network, not VPN. Nobody has access to the network besides myself. Yes, I do have a family member which uses RuneMate as well, but he's using different internet connection and different RuneMate account, we live separately.proof44.png
Although as picture provided shows (The one with purchases through paypal) that I've made many payments which did not grant me hours - only 500 hours allowed after 5 separate payments eventhough you start with 200 free hours as a newcomer to the runemate.

I do see another RuneMate account on your IP address. Multiple RuneMate accounts on the same IP address will combine hours.

I've logged once to it, but didn't bot on it at all, because I was out of hours. The account we're talking about is probably this one : @kadaskola
And even if it combines hours, how is it possible to get minus amount of hours. Yet I've recently payed for hours and didn't receive anything at all. I used my amount of hours which was 500, but the question is how did it get to minus -405, As I didn't understand that, I was paying money and thought that my hours will add up, but what happened was that the minus amount of hours was changing, which is not -105. So 300hours were added, but since It bugged somehow that It was in negative amount.
 
As I've logged from the same IP, probably it doubled the amount of time used and got me into negative amount instead. Anyway I don't really know how to solve this, just would like to receive a refund of the money paid or granted hours of service equal to the amount paid

Looks like you filed a chargeback yesterday at 2:53pm PST. As such, all benefits you received prior to the chargeback were automatically revoked as we have a zero scam/chargeback policy. Only payments made since that date are taken into effect. There is no action to be taken here. In the future please be mindful of your actions.

Only payments made since that date are taken into effect. There is no action to be taken here. In the future please be mindful of your actions.

Everything is going to be solved different way after a chat on slack. I misunderstood how dispute things work, all gonna be alright. @Squidl You would have triggered me if it went different way(y)
