Budget: 1000 euros
Intended use: Gaming, gaming, gaming...
Currency: Euros

I am not sure if PCPartPicker supports euros and I also don't feel very comfortable buying from any online retailer since I will probably get ripped off in transporting fees, so can you please look up for most of the parts in here. If you can't is fine, I would do the search myself :) I just really need the best build for that amount of money :D

Thanks for providing this amazing service :)
Did exceed the budget by 19 euros, however if I'm perfectly honest I wouldn't particularly like to cut it any lower than I already had.
Would've preferred to fit an M.2 SSD however it simply wasn't realistic.
Apologies for the late response, life always finds a way to preoccupy.

@YubiBotter Just another quick question. As you probably saw, the next i9 processors were showcased recently. What does it mean when the processor specs say it supports up to 2666MHZ DDR4 RAM but the mobo says that it supports upto 4400MHZ DDR4 RAM. If say i got 128gb Corsair Dominator Platinum 3000MHZ DDR4, would it not work with the new CPU's?
The 2666MHz DDR4 support via CPU specs is simply the memory controllers rated frequency, by default your motherboard will reduce the frequency that your Dominator memory will run at. This is for compatibility ratings.
The main concern I would have is operating voltage, I can't say I've looked too much at the new i9 chips yet but if they have reduced memory controller voltage then older memory may not work.

Just about every kit of memory actually comes with XMP data, so I would just enable XMP on your motherboard and it will set the memory frequency and timings as per the RAM's specifications.

Hey, do you still do this? If so i'd love to see an example for parts for a well priced system that draws low amounts of power and can be used for botting both rs and higher resource games. multiple clients open, etc. looking to build one on my own. dont really have a specific budget, but cheaper the better while still having enough power for botting a couple games with a couple clients each
edit: also low heat output would be nice as well as being quiet. probably watercooled?

Hey @YubiBotter

I currently have the following specs, can you suggest my some alternative parts to
make the system more quiet? I use "SpeedFan" to lower the fanspeed and thus
making it more silent, but I should probably just replace some stuff.

Operating System
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1
CPU
AMD FX-4350 68 °C
Vishera 32nm Technology
RAM
8,00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28)
Motherboard
ASRock 990FX Extreme3 (CPUSocket) 47 °C
Graphics
S27D390 (1920x1080@60Hz)
P246H (1920x1080@60Hz)
1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series (MSI) 54 °C
Storage
465GB Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500GB ATA Device (SSD) 38 °C

Use 140mm fans if possible, they are much quiter than 120mm ones
Clean your PC from dust every now and then
Realign fans if needed to optimize air flow
Remove dust filters from any outgoing fans

Those are a few tips from the top of my head.
What CPU cooler do you have?

System Build - Core i5-7500T 2.7GHz Quad-Core, Define C ATX Mid Tower - PCPartPicker
I haven't picked a GPU as that's somewhat dependent upon what games you bot, the CPU does have an iGPU so you will have a display output even without a GPU.
As for the storage, I haven't picked anything because if it's solely for botting then you can just run a HDD. Otherwise an SSD might be a worthwhile investment if you use the system for personal use.

I tend to find a large culprit of noise is the PSU, so depending on what PSU you're currently using, it may pay to look at an RM PSU from Corsair for semi passive cooling.
I'm not necessarily sure what case you have, but generally speaking the Fractal Design R4 or S case would be a great pick for noise dampening.
As Savior said, what CPU cooler are you using?

Apologies for the late reply, been busy all day.
Any particular website you'd prefer me to use?
I'm not sure what country you live in so I can't use PCPartPicker if it's not listed.

PC Build Custom: €626.12, 156W, 6 parts (8/6/2017) - Pangoly

They didn't have reasonably priced motherboards listed, so I found one on Amazon for you: https://www.amazon.de/Prime-B350-PL...11?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1502023244&sr=1-11

If you have any hardware from your current system that you can re-use, then the remaining money you have freed can probably go towards a better CPU.

Your best bet for bot count would be CPU + RAM upgrades.
I would give you specific hardware, but I'm not sure what socket your system is.
Could you run Speccy for example? It will tell me exactly what hardware you have, that way I can find compatible upgrades.

Edit:
Lenovo Desktop PC K450E 57327817 Intel Core i5 4460 (3.20 GHz) 8 GB DDR3 1TB SSHD HDD 8 GB SSD NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Windows 8.1 64-bit - Newegg.com
Is this your system?

I can't really say with confidence that any particular system can run 3 NXT clients with max settings, as I have no experience with the client.

I don't know the CPU/GPU requirements for NXT so this is a shot in the dark.
