Everything can be discussed other then regular updates. You have to be able to atleast provide regular updates(bug fixes) atleast once a week for least 6 months.
bounty can be tier based etc

Pretty sure we can't do that without using the Private bot system, which has limited slots... Which may be an issue if the author that took this up were to have their slots already filled, or not have enough public bots to maintain the ratio. The bot usage hour limit is also something that can't be bypassed by the user.
