The client will never fully load whenever I try to open it. The green loading circle appears and stays that way for hours and never opens up the menu for bots, accounts, etc. I'm not really sure what to do at this point so anything helps.

Exact same thing happening, cant actually do anything, if i press anything to start an instance or select a bot i just a get a green loading circle that never loads anything. If i start up OSRS client it just opens up runescape and nothing else.

@fall b4 me @nc4424 what installation is Runescape installed? Does C:\Users\MY_USER\jagexcache exist?

If not try to find it in another drive <D/X/E>:\Users\MY_USER\jagexcache or C:\Users\MY_USER\Onedrive\jagexcache
