So i uninstalled my graphics driver using NVIDIA and reinstalled to latest version. Also osrs seems to be working now but it's a bit glitchy the screen seems to overlap on itself every now and then, RS3 & Darkscape are unplayable

After doing some research, I'm pretty sure your OC software is causing this issue.
Turn off or uninstall EVGA Precision.
EVGA Precision is an overclocking tool for your GPU.
So it makes sense that If something is wrong there, your game-play will lag or even crash
