When i start my bot up it goes to the screen to pick rs3 or osrs i click on the one i want then my client starts up the game then i click on the instance i just started and it does not start it just keeps loading. Anyone got any ideas ?

Help > View Logs in the client, pull out the most recent Spectre log where this issue happened.

Just upload the log files themselves (last 3-4), rather than the contents of them.

Yeah that sounds like an issue with the bot. Raise it in the Storm Baxtorian support thread, as it's crashing immediately on launch.
