I tryed everything but i can't run runemate please help me !!

Looks like a problem with the installer. Try downloading the standalone jar and run that.

Can you elaborate on "tryed everything"?

Could you try uninstalling all java installations, and RuneMate and RuneMate related files, restarting, and then running the installer?

Nope win 8.1 pro 32bit and linux(VMware)
 
The logo_white_16.png file is in .jar. But we can see that the .jar file can not be found while running. I think this problem is related to the client or .jar file.
