I left my RuneMate open and I notice it was still going since I stopped farming last night however I had no instance open.


I only farmed for 4 hours max.

How do I go about getting this fixed?

Edit: and i noticed it takes 10 cents each time i start it (which i had to do because the script was giving issues with world hopping) good to know for future use. this should be a notification.

Why am I charged every time I start an instance?
Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. If you stop the bot manually and restart it, you will be charged again. If the bot breaks, doesn't work or you are overcharged and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you.

Okay that's understandable but i was still charged for 16 hours of botting while not logged in. Do i contact the bot onwer?

Despite you being logged out on OSRS, were you still running the bot within the RuneMate client? If you only "paused" the bot within the RuneMate client instead of "Stopping" it, then you would still have been charged as pausing the bot does not pause charges.
