Hi,

I can't play any other games while runemate is running such as diablo 3, heroes of the storm, league of legends, etc. The mouse becomes laggy when I run any of these games. Does anyone know of any fixes?

Use a virtual machine, maybe that'll fix it.

Maybe your computer cant handle both, RuneMate uses quite many resources in comparison to other clients because of its many features.

I ran it on a virtual machine and the clients to laggy even when I over commited like 6gigs of ram and 2 cores (i have 8 cores and i tried using up to 4). Also, my computer can definitely handle both lol.

Try minimizing RuneMate while playing another game.

To fix this issue, put the game into windowed mode , RM use to crash on me when i played csgo until i did that

That doesn't help... obviously that would be the first thing I would do. It would seem for whatever reason runemate is trying to grab mouse input.

I always have my games in windowed mode, not a fix.

Did you also experience these laggs when it was full screen? ?

Yeah, no matter what I set the graphics settings to it still lags.

I've had this problem for a while but I would just usually bot over night.
 
I should mention that it doesn't do this when I play hearthstone.

Not a computing problem. Heroes of the storm is open and the game itself isn't lagging just the mouse... and that's with a bunch of unnecessary programs open that I could close.

Alternatively, if there's no solution to this, would anyone know how to make the client not lag in a VM. I have VMware 11 and have tried a few different combinations to get it running but no matter what resources I allocate to the VM runemate still lags.

I know VMwares hypervisor waits for cores to idle before using them for the VM and because runescape is so CPU intensive could my problem with my VM be related to processing?
 
So... no ideas?

same here, I've been through same thing only with gta 5. One day everything was fine and I was playing my favorite game as any other day and the the next day the game just wouldn't start, and I didn't even know what the problem was! I searched the internet for answers and came across this site https://gta5mobile.club where you can download gta 5 on your mobile device. At first I thought that was a joke, like how can you play smth so big on a small device. Anyway, I gave it a try and actually enjoyed it!
