I have certainly not heard of this occurring before but we cannot definitively say no. Afterall, cheat detection by an external party is not something we can control.

That said; RuneMate does not interfere with any other game processes which is the main detection method for anti-cheat software.

I have in the past been banned on Steam for running a WoW bot in the background while playing Counter Strike. Not saying this is possible using RM but just saying from past experiences, I wouldn't personally run a bot while playing other games in the background.
