515, This shouldn't count though since the botting Hour limit wasn't around 30 days ago, In reality I should have 185 Botting hours atleast..

I've paid for another 200 hours for litterly nothing as i still cannot bot.

When you say you paid for another 200 hours, how much did you pay? And what were you paying before buying the additional 200?

I was paying $2 for the extra 200 hours, i was under the assumption that once I've paid for extra hours they would be usable.

Mate you just downgraded instead of upgrading the hours. If you were paying 5$ for 500 hours and wanted additional 200 hours, you should've payed 7$ which would give you another 200 hours to the 500 limit you have.

Now you just went from 500 hour limit cap to 200 hour limit cap as you downgraded by 300 hours by paying 2$.

Ez mathematics, if i want to upgrade i pay MORE not LESS. So if I want another 200 hours added to my limit I add 2$ to what I'm already paying in your case its 5$, so for you to be able to upgrade/add 200 more hours you should pay 7$ and not 2$.

TL;DR: To upgrade you should've payed 7$ and not 2$.

If his initial donation was $5, and he donated $2 on top of that, he'd have 700 hours until the $5 donation was a month old, then it would go to 200 hours.

Well this is fucking stupid? What kind of system is this... I was expecting to be getting another 200 hours of botting.. I didn't want to be waiting an entire month before i can start botting.. Seems like a bit of a scam if you'd ask me....

"Ez mathematics" 5 + 2 = 7.

If he's already spent the 500 hours, he'll have 200 hours more now (making it 700 hours total this month).
30 days from his first purchase (the 5$), he'll be downgraded to the 200 hours (2$).

Everyone has been able to monitor their usage for the past month at: Log in | Community | RuneMate

If the usage cap had been active from when we first changed the Supporter system, you'd have been in this situation earlier than you are now.

Not sure what you're talking about. You paid $5 to use 500 hours. You went over that cap, didn't check the data made clearly available to you, and proceeded to topup with a value that still doesn't exceed your limit.

Really, what you're saying is that you abused the fact the limit wasn't there, and now you're moaning that it is.

Yes it was. It's been on the Upgrade page through which you purchased. We simply were letting you go over without consequence, but have now implemented the limit. There are plenty of other threads about it already that you can learn more in.

I'm totally confused about this whole situation... I didn't 'Abuse' anything I was using runemate as everyone else was.. I paid an extra $2 because it said that I had reached my 300 Hours limit then I tried to start botting as usual and it now says im on my 500 hour limit... See the problem? I feel like ive been scammed out of my money for no reason really.. I was fully expecting to get another 200 botable hours added to my account..

You simply just used runemate when the limit wasn't there, but when they implemented the limit, you already had x amount of hours. So because you were botting when there were no limits, those x amount of hours you were botting during that time was counted towards the new limited hours (I assume?). If you checked your usage, you'd notice that what you've used total => 500 hours and so adding 200 extra from 300 won't 'unlock' your account.

Theres no problem here.

No, you paid $2 to raise your limit by 200 hours. This raised it from 300-500 hours. Since you went over your limit and used 515 hours, you still can't bot because you are 15 hours over your limit. To bot again, you either have to pay more money to raise your limit, or wait until the amount of hours used in the last 30 days is lower than your current limit of 500 hours.
