Bug Bought $40USD of credit and haven't recieved anything?

Hi there, yesterday I bought 2x$20 worth of credit and still havent recieved anything? Should I be worried? Normally it works instantly. Thanks

As you mention, the payment system is instant. As soon as RuneMate receives your funds, your account is upgraded.

So if you haven't been upgraded, it means there is a hold up at your bank and/or PayPal's end; please contact them to find out why there is a delay and see if they can move things along for you.

No this is definitely a RuneMate issue because I've just purchased credits and nothing has shown up for me either. Worked fine the last time I bought them

It's not a RuneMate issue.

I mean.. the money is gone from my bank account, and is not pending on PayPal or anything.
 
Just ordered again and it worked fine. So you guys owe me $5 of credits.

The money can leave your bank account, but it doesn't mean the transaction is final. Please call your bank about the original transaction and ask them if it has completed 100%.

If they say yes, and you've still not received anything, tag me in a reply and I'll escalate it for you.
