Can any of you recommend a good vps that could run up to 4 or 5 clients?

Any VPS host can ban you usually. Since their terms of service usually mention that you should respect other companies their terms of service. Usually never is actively looked for though.

I'd go for Azure or Google cloud anyway.

Google cloud running 5-10 accounts on one client sounds very unlikely.
