Hi, i always keep reaching maximum botting hours for the month even though i barely use it, i was away from 28th december - 3 janurary and my statistic sheet says i botted 50 hours from 30-31st and 45 hours 1-2nd which is false.

I even bought 700 hours of botting time 2 weeks ago and I have none left, this is basically scamming my money and I will be force to contact PayPal and list the supplier as a scammer as I've paid for a product and did not receive it unless this gets resolved, starting to get annoying.

Can someone help me understand whats going on?

says I did 48 hours of botting from jan 1st 12pm - jan 1st 1pm. which is impossible, come on give me my 500+ hours back and stop scamming people

Do you have someone else on your ip address also using runemate? Or do you have multiple runemate accounts that you're botting on?

Tutorial - Billing and Payment FAQ

Does running multiple RuneScape accounts use my hours faster?
Yes. If you run a bot on one RuneScape account for one hour, your total amount of hours used will be one hour. If you run two bots on two RuneScape accounts for one hour, your total amount of hours used will be two hours. etc.

My brother/sister/other uses RuneMate in my house, will our hours combine?
Yes. Hours used across multiple RuneMate accounts from the same IP address will combine. EG: Account001 uses 10 hours on a Monday; these 10 hours will also show up on Account002's usage history for Monday.

Why are my hours disappearing so quickly? I haven't used that many hours?
You are likely on a shared network or using a VPN where someone else on your network has used up the hours. If this is the case you should speak to your service provider and ask them to give each connecting user a unique public IP address.

Hour System:
The hour system works on a 30 day period. If you are a free user, you are able to bot up to a maximum of 200 hours in one single 30 day period. You can view your current hours usage here, by filtering by "Last 30 Days" Log in | Community | RuneMate

Bot hours don't just "reset" at a given time. Your remaining hours are calculated by subtracting the hours you've used in the last 30 days from the total hours that you bought.

Here's an example:

October 1st - you purchase 3,000 hours
October 1st - you use 100 hours
October 2nd - you use 100 hours
October 3rd to October 31st - you use 100 hours per day
October 31st - you've used all 3,000 hours you purchased, so you cannot bot anymore.

November 1st - you re-gain the hours used 30 days ago (October 1st's 100 hours), meaning you now have another 100 hours to bot with.
November 2nd - you re-gain the hours used 30 days ago (October 2nd's 100 hours)
etc.

thank you for your reply, but copy and pasting something like this isnt a resolution.

my computer wasnt even turned on for more then 10 days and 80% of those days it said i had accumulated hours,

and no about the VPN's and what not, I live alone no one uses my network and I cant even run runemate with my vpn running it stops within 14 minutes, saying people on my network used my hours doesn't sound correct, i have an account that tracks my hours why is it based of my ip then? this is basically fraud and scamming, i didnt receive a product i paid for I'm my opinion,

Hi yes I have more then one account I use but that not the problem I under stand having 5 accounts running for 1 hour would be 5 hours, but the main problem is its saying Ive used hours when I haven't even been in the country, no one else live with me or is on my IP so shouldn't be that, and not even that one day I think was 5th jan it said I've used 87 hours, but I can only use a maximum of 3 accounts, that maths doesn't even add up even if I 24 hour botted them, which I have never done

I'm not support so I can't help you here, but I'd just like to point out that hours are shown when a bot is stopped. This is how you can accumulate more than 24h of playtime on a single day (even on a single account). If you start a bot on the 20th and stop it on the 25th at 1pm, it will show as if you botted 120h on the 25th at exactly 1pm.
@American Express Might be worth adding this to the FAQ. Could also be a bit too technical for it.
