Hi guys, anyone else having problems with bots loading in runemate? OSRS just did an update which caused the bot to crash try reloading it 3 times and it won’t load. (Foolish enough to keep trying to load premium bots so I’ve been charged) - specific bots are prime crabber

Sometimes within hours, sometimes within a few days. Depends how much is broken, and if the client-developer has time/motivation.

Yeah fair enough, do authors have much contact with the developer? Or are you guys mostly in the dark?

We more or less have the same info as you. Sometimes there's a bit more info on slack/discord but that's public as well.

is there a posibilty for refund of something ?

Fair enough, seems pretty rough. I was reading a bit about the client and it seems fairly easy to slap together a bot with the resources given. Been using ahk for a long while for rs because I've never been motivated to give java a go, maybe it's time to change it up as I've got some spare time.

The client itself will need an update before things run again, id give it a couple hours, maybe a day? I'm new around here so I'm not sure how long it usually takes or how a refund in these situations go, but I'm sure if you post in the respective bots support forum they will give you a refund. Hopefully the client developer can reroll hours accumulated in the down time but I doubt that's how it work
