Funny how you bitch and moan, and yet you're the one breaking the rules and suffering the consequences.
I can see another RuneMate account on your IP address with a very similar username.
As clearly posted in the FAQ thread, multiple accounts on the same IP address will combine hours.
Go back to Epicbot and enjoy your ban - you won't be missed.
Tutorial - Billing and Payment FAQ
My brother/sister/other uses RuneMate in my house, will our hours combine?
Yes. Hours used across multiple RuneMate accounts from the same IP address will combine. EG: Account001 uses 10 hours on a Monday; these 10 hours will also show up on Account002's usage history for Monday.
Why are my hours disappearing so quickly? I haven't used that many hours?
You are likely on a shared network or using a VPN where someone else on your network has used up the hours. If this is the case you should speak to your service provider and ask them to give each connecting user a unique public IP address.
Can i just say the FAQ is a load of crap. Why the hell are you using IP address to determine account usage calculations. YOU SHOULD be using a combination of several factors to determine account usage calculations. I don't know such AS IP address to RS Username. I get you are trying to avoid people making hundreds of Runemate accounts, but it is your responsibility to ensure fairness for everyone using your product and not only to those who do live in areas/counties where a unique IP address is assigned to each externally facing user (i.e household), which then makes it your responsibility to correctly ban those who abuse this, rather then using some arbitrary USELESS information such as just IP address to make calculations on. Especially when its so easy to bypass, i for example could easily make 1000 Runemate accounts, connect them to 1000 uniquely name Runescape accounts and you'd never be the wiser, setting up dockers/Virtual Servers for each account and connecting it through a different VPN.
Also can i state, you customer service there American Express, was very rude and why on earth are you so hostile. You are apart of a company selling a product, whether the user is using the free version or the paid you should show some restraint when responding to messages. Try being less rude and just state facts in a calm, kind manner. Instead of being a bitch yourself.
The IP system works fine for the vast majority of users - it is only an issue for those who seek to abuse RuneMate's free user limitations or in the very rare occurrence, those who are connecting from a shared network
The reality is we are forced to deal with idiots like this on a daily basis, who create their own issues by breaking the rules and after doing so, complain on the forums rather than consulting the wealth of knowledge that is readily available in the form of FAQs and forum threads which would have explained the issue and how to fix it, rather than clogging up the forums and wasting people's time.
If someone would rather go and buy enough VPNs to run multiple free RuneMate accounts on different IPs as you have outlined then that is their prerogative, but I'd ask why not spend the money instead supporting the platform that is allowing them to goldfarm/train accounts in the first place.
I'm not part of the company, my words are my own and I stand by them. OP was being a fool and complaining about a problem that they created for themselves; they were and still are an idiot for doing so.
this is hilarious, - "back to epicbot i go" hahaha, epic bot is trash bro, they have the worst customer service ever
