Hi,

I think I've only used a free bot once in the months of using runemate. Just tried to use one again and said unable to due to my 200 hours limit. I clicked on usage and it just shown me all the usage on bots I've paid for which obviously took me over 200hours. But now I cant use a free bot because of that?

So do I need to use free bots at the start of a new month to make the most of it? If that's the case its stupid that there isn't a separate timer for free bots.

As a free user, you get up to 200 hours of botting a month.

If you hit your 200 hour limit, you can continue to bot by either purchasing a Supporter upgrade, which increases the total amount of hours available to consume, OR you can use wallet credits to run a premium version of a bot. Premium bots will let you keep botting even after you surpass 200 hours as a free user.

so if i buy sponsor do i get an extra 200 hours for the $2 or is it the same 200 hours as free? i used my 200 hours this month for free if i buy sponsor does that go up to 400 hours or stay at the 200 hours? as it says i get 200 hours for $2 sponsor but you get 200 hours free doesnt make sense.

Easiest way to think of it is that paying $X sets your cap to X00 hours.

So without paying, you have a cap of 200 hours. If you pay $2, your cap is still 200 hours. If you pay $4 total, your cap is 400 hours. If you pay $10, your cap is 1000 hours. Etc.
