damn is there an echo in here?If you donate $3, your cap is raised to 300 hours. If you donated only $2, you'd get no extra hours, but you'd have access to supporter perks.

Hi paid for $3.00 for that supporter membership and also an additional $20 for extra credit, however, none of the payments are reflecting on my account. But, the payments have already been deducted from my paypal and bank account. Does anyone know what to do at this point?
Hi,Paypal can take up to 48 hours to direct funds to us.
Hi,
Its been more than 48 hours since the transaction.
@ArbiterHi, I'm having an issue with my premium bot payments. The OP states payments get taken when the bot starts, then on the hour after that. In my experience, the time at which payments are taken is not consistent. This screenshot is an example I've just observed a moment ago:
To clarify, a payment was taken when the bot started, then another payment was taken after approx. 44 minutes of the bot running. Note that I did not pause the bot at any point during this run, and the timestamps for the wallet transactions are accurate in this instance.
This is not a case of worrying about $0.10, however I would like to be able to stop the bot before the next billing cycle begins in order to save wasting money every time I press stop - this is not possible at this time.
EDIT: Charged for a third time after 1hour 20minutes

Are you 100% sure you didn't wait with starting the bot? Session runtime IS NOT the same as bot runtime.Hi, I'm having an issue with my premium bot payments. How do I increase my hours allowance?
You can increase your monthly hour allowance (free users get 200 hours) by becoming a supporter or sponsor - See Upgrade | RuneMate for more information.
