Listen, before you guys jump all over me, I will be the first to admit I am not fully in the know on ban rates, detection, and anti-ban efforts.

But I have used RuneMate for 100s of hours on a main account, zero issues, gained dozens and dozens of levels.

Then I started botting bosses using prayer flicking, and started using the free prayer flicker script when I'm doing slayer.

One week into doing that, temp ban.

So now I can no longer bot that account for at least a year until that expires. But I just thought I would let you all know, I had zero problems with any paid scripts and getting banned, ran for probably over 1,000 hours total, and the first week I start using scripts that prayer flick I get a temp ban. Beware!!

There is absolutely zero evidence that prayer flicking is causing bans, or increases the risk of you getting banned.
Bans are delayed, sometimes by a few days, sometimes by weeks. This is a strategy that Jagex employs to make the user (and bot developer) second guess what or which bot got them banned.

In reality, what happened here (most likely) is that you just got caught because you botted hundreds of hours over the last few weeks and months. If prayer flicking caused increased ban rates, I am pretty sure RuneMate would put in restrictions and/or guidelines for it.
