I can confirm this. Tries to click out of bank instead of closing the interface first. Similar to the bug in Lumby. Are you using clicks to get out of the bank or Bank.close(), it does seem to sometimes fix itself. Also the problem with it sometimes getting stuck without a fishing spot in view is here as well.

I had extremely low combat stats. I'm training my combat so I can do the quests to get there. Unless you have an account I can borrow.
