Hi! So last month I bought supporter and had 500 hours to bot, which I didnt manage to bot up, so was in deficit with like -215 hours.

This month, decided to support RM with 4$, which means, my botting hours could almost even out, so I could start to bot again, however, looking at the Service tab, it shows me that I've used bot for the total of 9 hours on 9th and 10th of Februray.

However this is humanly impossible, since my account was capped out which means I can't even run a bot...
I've seen plenty of threads talking about shared IP-s and stuff, however I only bot at my homeplace and no one else but me uses RuneMate.

Another question might concern the span of ~17th of January. I have only 1 account which I use and noone in my network connection uses RuneMate, how is it possible for a single account to take up to 50 hours per day, since by physics, we are limited to 24.

So, please, if any1 understood my problem, I would like some clarification.

TL;DR - My account's botting hours have been capped for like 5 days now and somehow bot hours still keep on adding over my limit.
Been having some really odd hour gains on my Usage stats.

We can't afford to analyze your usage for you. We have provided you all the tools to do so yourself. Break down the usage to the hour and investigate yourself. Feel free to keep your own records and compare against Services.

I do realise that, but there's no way to dispute it... am i just supposed to accept it if I know for a fact, it's impossible for me to gain hours when I'm already capped? How is that possible for the hours to keep on adding if I can't even run a bot since I've used up my hours?
 
As we speak, Ive gained another 2 hours added to my total hours of bot used...
Can you please explain me, how is this possible, you can clearly see that the bot hours are in "-" which means I can't run any scripts, how are the hours still being added??
