This bot already exists. However, it will remain private because players often camp altars. A single pker camping you can completely wipe out your profit. I found that the actual profit using the bot was actually far less than the actual expected profit due to pkers, which is why I no longer use it.

That's because there's no one RCing right now. Once a legit notices you botting, they can simply camp the altar and kill you repeatedly. Even if you hop worlds it's trivial to track you down again. You then wake up and see you've made no profit at all overnight, while some legit is a couple million GP richer.
