I've had this error three days in a roll. Its telling me im at 300/300 however the graph says otherwise.

If you payed $1, your only allowed to use 300 hours a month.
Every $1 gets you another 100 hours a month.

EDIT: I see it says 286, but I think it hasn't fully updated yet and you reached the 300 already.

Looks like another day or 2 before you get some hours back, but don't forget to renew the sponsor or you will drop back to 200 hours, and have to wait for an additional 100 hours to roll off

Spend 3-5$ more but be aware when first payment rolls of the hour limit will drop by 200, and usage will not drop with it

Yes supporter and sponsor are the only way to increase hours. the minimal sponsor payment is 2$ which does not change hours, just gives sponsor rank. So after the intial 2$ every dollar is an additional 100 hours for 30 days after payment, then payment rolls off but usage does not disappear, it has to roll off or you have to re-up the sponsor

Tbh why don't you just charge a base $5 for an extra 200 hours and then every dollar extra added is another 100 hours. This system confuses a good amount of people. Make it so $2 (or $3?) is just the rank @Arbiter, like making and stating this exactly would be such a relief because it seems like an explanation of this is posted every 15 posts.

If more users would take the time to Check the forums, before posting the explanations would not be needed anywhere near as often

However, the support section clearly shows the people don't read that. Instead, spend a little more of dev. time in this page and add a few more packages, for example:

• Supporter $3: get the supporter rank on the forums.
• Supporter $4 or more: get the supporter rank on the forums as well as an extra 100 hours for botting for every $1 you spend.

The average starting price is at 3$ which is the base 200 hours with an additional 100 hours, the only thing unclear is the first 2$ is not covered in payment, but we have forums that should be read if people are unsure
