Bug $20 purchase, no funds added to my account

Hey all,

Assuming it takes a moment to add funds into my account but I don't yet see them added still. is this normal/what can i expect for a time frame to see the funds added to my wallet?

The payment system is completely automated. Once RuneMate receives your payment, your account is immediately upgraded.

If your account has not been upgraded it means RuneMate has not yet received your payment, even if PayPal shows as being fully processed.

Delays can often be due to your bank waiting to fully authorise the transaction, or PayPal holding the funds. Please contact your bank and/or PayPal to ask why the transaction has not completed.
