Okay, i get that you can't refund me even though you wanted to. But i'm wondering if there is any way to do so ? It's not about the 0,12$ itself more than the principle that i litteraly paid for a bug.

Okay, so i have to contact them directly to get reimbursed? Because when i click the Support and Feedback button it directs me to what seems like a post made a year ago ? Should i reply to this post so someone can see it ? And thanks for the reply by the way !

I clicked Play on the bot Dirty and Dark offerings v1.00.00 and it charged me 0,12$ instantly but the bot failed to start. It's not working at all for me but i still paid for a whole hour without being able to use it at all.. I'm wondering if i can get refund since i was not able to use it...
