Just because they haven't stopped working on it doesn't mean that you can access it. There is a lot that has to go into it and they want to make it as good as they can. It may take some time. As far as I am aware there aren't any public RS3 bots out yet. Everyone is currently working at it.

I'm with SlashnHax on this one. A flax bot goes down to a field and walks back to the bank and deposits. There's like nothing to add besides maybe a break system but even so imho breaks are terrible anti-bans as it adds a sense of predictability to the bot. If it takes a break for an hour...

ExampleFlaxPicker v3 Is on the bot store. Not sure how good it works but its open source so if you are feeling adventurous if it doesn't work you can try and fix it.
