I used the miner over a 2 day period mining East Varrock Bank and Al-Kharid. I am providing a review after the two days of mining. I have not been banned yet and will update this if that changes. If you want to test if out, try out the trial!
The script mines the following types of ores:
Clay
Tin
Copper
Iron
Silver
Gold
Mithril
Adamantite
Rune
Has Anti-Ban settings with the following options:
is active playing (fast response) true or false
random examining: true or false
random hover skills: true or false
take micro breaks: true or false
open menu items: true or false
logout when breaking: true or false

You need to change it to non-auto retaliate
It will kill scorpions if you have auto-retaliate on - The script should be set to turn this off if the user changes it to Al-Kharid or starts mining in Al-Kharid. I wouldn't suggest mining in Al-Kharid without a high defence level or high HP.
When I died (be careful in Al-Kharid, the scorpions there will kill you), I was stuck on a loop trying to exit after having to speak with the death guy (developer for Runemate needs to add compatibility for newer accounts to discuss the options after dying to ensure they don't get banned after they die and get stuck)
