Hexis Slayer AIO updated to v0.0.3-BETA.

• Added delay to alching to prevent accidental equips/alchs
• Added more status updates throughout the bot so the user has a clearer idea of what the bot is trying to do
• Removed restrictions from looting and changed it to a blanket "look in a 9x9 area around us and take an item if its not on a blacklisted tile"
• Fixed bot settings not saving on stop
• Changed bot settings behavior to read from a common folder, no separate configurations for lite/pro models
• Added force teleporting in some instances, e.g. when out of darts on a burst task
• Add manual traversal to Duradel via Karamja gloves, Fairy rings, and Hajedy
• Tightened up anticrash, the bot will now prioritise hopping even when we're in the fight area with smarter logic
• Tightened up luring conditions when bursting mobs
• Added traversal to the Stronghold Slayer dungeon
