Feel free to test using the lite version of the bot so you don't get charged while testing.
If the issue persists or this doesn't help, please DM me a log (found in Help > View Logs) along with info on what the bot is doing wrong, what it should be doing instead, and what circumstances it seems to happen.
The short version of my advice would be to enable GPU plugin, disable other plugins (as you've done), enable direct input.

Regarding t2/3 prep, I would like to add it and it's been on my long-list for a while, but it's just a bit extra complicated as it changes the flow of the bot (it'd need to go out for a 3rd loop I think) and I'm a bit skeptical it'd help lower level accounts a ton because they'd probably end up running out of time prepping honestly. And tbh I strongly don't recommend running the bot on a hcim because just too much can go wrong.
That being said, for combat achievements, you could definitely use Helper Mode with all the helper options enabled and just gather whichever gear you like in prep; With the gauntlet runelite plugin that tracks resources it makes it super easy with helper mode :)

I'm sorry you got banned. That sounds extremely unlucky, and that is not the norm at all.
If you've used any other bots on this account in the past, I'd say it's very likely due to that, as Jagex often delays bans.

If it's any consolation, at 460kc for a 1/400 drop, you had a roughly 30% chance to be this dry. Kinda unlucky, but I'm sure it'll turn up soon! :D

Hey, not much has changed in the bot lately honestly. If it seems to be wasting time, that'd probably be some form of (pc/runemate) lag honestly.
General advice would be (if you don't already have these things set): enable gpu plugin, enable direct input, close other programs/plugins which may cause lag.
