hello, just curious as to why even though i paid for more hours to use the bot its still not letting me use the bot saying that ive reached my limit of 200 botting hours, also on the website its saying i only used 140 hours. if i could please have this fixed id appreciate it

i want a refund for my god wars mate bot, happened 5 times now that it get kc and just random teleport out.
restarted it multiple times aswell as the runelite and still crashing! it sucks now

Hey, I think with the new Runemate update you have to update your bots so that it works with the new software or whatever. A lot of people are having issues with the Prime NMZ bot rn and I haven't been able to get it to work since yesterday. It keeps saying an update is required

Hey bro, I had prime NMZ running for 11 hours and it gained 327 XP stuck on picking bosses screen.. any way for a refund and why it didn't stop after not gaining xp?
