@dark sage, I've gone way past the roll over time, every day the only thing to change is the date of usage since march x but it still says 201/200hrs??

I started my 200hrs March 1 and maxed 205/200hr on March 28th so April 2 it should roll over back to 0/200hrs. April 2nd is 31 days from March 1st, I have not botted since March 28th going on 7 days past roll over of 31 days

Between (March 28th-April 2) I watched the usage tracker go from 205/200hrs the 28th, 204/200hrs the 29th,203/200hrs the 30th, 202/200hrs the 31st, 201/200hrs the 1st, 201/200hrs the 2nd, during this time the usage date never changed from usage since March 1st 20X/200(X is the change in hrs each day)

From this point in the story to today April 9th I watched the usage counter stay at 201/200hrs used but the date changes from usage since march 1st to now usage since march 9 201/200hrs, tomorrow I can almost guarantee at this point it will say usage since March 10th 201/200hrs

Starting today I'll be taking screenshots of the usage tracker there's no other way I can verbalize this issue

@reeferx I was having the same issue before i even stop using runemate at all. now ive been back 3 weeks aago using only credit since my hours are still 0000.

that was the account I tried to make once I realized my hrs were not resetting? but every time i tried to log into that account, it would log me into reeferx automatically, so I gave up with that and moved to the forums for help.

but either way I had some personal stuff to take care of irl so I haven't had time to focus on this with posting screenshots, but its is still locked

oh cool didn't even know there was a log that's cool, took me some time but I only managed to tally up to 201hrs 24min 6sec, but I'm absolutely positive it said 205/200hrs used, either way though why hasn't the hrs reset when this was all done during the month of March? should I post screenshot of sessions?

it shows you the last month, which is the rolling window that counts to your limit

ok sorry but just to confirm, the 30 days of 200hr usage starts the day you start botting, not the start of the month? this isn't making sense, like its legit 12 days away from 60 DAYS SINCE I STARTED ON MARCH 1st i then botted to MARCH 28TH therefore i cant bot for the remainder of MARCH, so the next available day to start botting should be APRIL 2ND THAT WOULD BE 31 DAYS. I HAVE NOT BOTTED SINCE MARCH 28TH IS APRIL 15TH WHEN PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD TELL ME THE DATE IT WILL RESET. like at this point I cant keep calm im just repeating and repeating the same info over an over. if its is not possible for you to tell me the date I can continue to bot, I propose to upgrade my acc. have you delete my account, so I can just make a new one to reset my 200 free hrs, or go to another client, like how complicated can we continue to make this?

dude.... what was the date 30 days ago? last i checked that day would be March 15th 2025. on march 15 2025 I was 15 days into my 30 days/ 160/200hrs on march 28th 2025 I completed my 200 free hours. now please count to yourself how many days have pasted since march 31th 2025 ( my roll over date for more hours ) to today April 15 2025. what you will find is my rolling fucking window of 30 days aka my 200 hours for the last 30 days of botting isnt fucking rolling over when its supposed to on April 2nd 2025
